Grennicon 2004 är i stort behov utav 40.000 spelare och hoppas på att många ska delta även i denna nya gren, på Grennicon i alla fall. Tyvärr så har vi inte kommit på alla missions på grund utav den nya boken.

Vi håller dock på att arbeta fram våran egen regel på the Nightfight rule, det kommer att stå mer om detta här, samt att vi kommer att ändra lite på Pitched Battle reglerna.

Missions kommer inom denna vecka, för Warhammer 40.000, att finnas uppe på våran hemsida för de som vill se eller kanske ta en match mot en polare med dom?

Här är ett av de missions som kommer att finnas med på Grennicon 2004, det bygger mycket på ett vanligt Pitch Battle. Detta mission ska dock användas tre gånger under Grennicon 2004.

Något som ni tycker man bör ändra på? Några som skanske vill testa och ge mig lite feedback på det hela?

Eradicate!

Overview:
Your Commander have given you free hands in order to remove your opponent from this strategic Area.

Scenario Rules:
Deepstrike, Infiltration, Concealment, Grennicon Nightfight rule (See in the bottom), Random Game Length.

Mission:
Your mission is to do as much damage on your opponent as possible.

Set Up:
One player rolls a die, on 1-3 you deploy along the board edge. 4-6 you divide the table into four quarters.

Both players rolls a dice; the player with the highest score may pick: If 1-3 were rold on the SET UP he get's to pick which table edge to deploy and the opponent deploys on the opposite. If 4-6 were rold on the SET UP the he get's to pick which quarter to deploy in and the opponent deploys in the opposite.

The player that scored the lowest now deploys one unit in his deployment zone, the players take it in turns deploying a unit at a time until both players have deployed all their units.

The players must deploy their units in the following order: HEAVY SUPPORT, TROOPS, ELITES, HQ, FAST ATTACK.
If playing Quarters: No unit may be deployed no closer than 10" from the centre of the table and not closer than 24" from any enemy unit.

If playing Table Edges: Units may be deployed 12" into the board.

Victory points:
Victory points are added up at the end of the game as a way of determining who has won the battle. To work out your victory points total you must ad together the point value of the enemy units you have detroyed or seriously damaged. Each unit wiped out is worth its points cost as victory point to the enemy. A unit that falls back off the edge of the table or is falling back at the end of the game counts as being wiped out. You will also score 150 for each table quarter you hold with at least a unit above 50% of its starting value. Vehicles can not hold quarters.

Use table on page 85 on rulebook for full details.

Add together the points values of everything destroyed, damaged or below half strength for each side.

Random Game Length:
At the end of the 6th turn roll a die. If you roll 1-4 the game ends immediately. But if you roll a 5-6 the game continues for another round and ends in the end of Round 7.

Turneringspoäng:
0-199 Draw 10vp to both players
200-499 Minor Victory 13vp to winner and 7vp to loser
500-999 Victory 15vp to winner and 5vp to loser
1000-1499 Solid Victory 17vp to winner and 3vp to loser
1500+ Massacre 20vp to winner and 0vp to loser

Grennicon Night Fight Rule:
At the start of the first turn roll a die, on a 4+ the nightfight rules are in effect for both players. In turn 2 you roll a die again this time the night fight rules are in effect on a role of 5+ and in turn 3 they are in effect on a roll of 6+. In all the subsequent turns the roll is a 6+. So technically a game could have the Night fight rule in effect the whole game. But as soon you roll anything else then stated above the Grennicon Night Fight Rule is waived and the game continues without any Night Fight rolls being made.
